Wellness Weekend

at Camp Hi-Rock in Mt. Washington, MA
Women's Wellness
Weekend is a weekend just for women and girls 11 and older. Activities
for the body, mind and spirit include: yoga/fitness classes;
knitting, jewelry, and craft making; low ropes, high ropes and
climbing wall; first aid/CPR information; hiking and trail walks;
Home organizing advice and a Q&A session with an experienced
Professional Organizer; massage therapy will be available.
